01Capture
An expert records a session at their own workplace. In the office this is a screen recording with the expert speaking. On the shop floor it is a pair of smart glasses that records what they see and say. A session covers one real task, for example a tool changeover on an injection moulding machine or a quote for a non-standard order. We add the documents, drawings and records the expert refers to during the session.
02Structure
Each statement becomes an object and a relation. An object is a machine, a failure pattern or a decision. The relation is the reason the expert gives. We start from our base model and extend it with the terms of your business. Every mapping is checked with the expert before it enters the graph.
03Use
Your team asks the graph in plain language and gets an answer with its source. AI assistants read the same graph, so their answers rest on checked statements. Where a task repeats, we connect the graph to the systems involved and let software carry it out.
